Steps to Delete PayPal Cookies in Chrome on Android

 

1. Open the Chrome app on your Android device.
2. Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select Settings.
4. Scroll down and tap on Site settings.
5. Tap All sites to see a list of websites with stored cookies/data.
6. Scroll through the list or use the search icon to find paypal.com.
7. Tap on paypal.com.
8. Tap Clear and reset to delete PayPal's cookies and site data.

Once complete, PayPal cookies will be removed from your device and you should be able to proceed
